Meet Ann Marie

Hi! I'm Ann Marie, I'm so glad you are here!
I have always had a passion for understanding and supporting others. I began my education and advocacy in mental health awareness over twenty years ago. Since receiving an honorable discharge from the Navy in 2013, I have completed certifications in victim advocacy, peer mentoring, crisis intervention response, and guardian ad litem, as well as a bachelor's degree in complementary medicine and nutrition with a minor in psychology.
For the last five years, I have been providing pediatric behavior therapy in clinics, schools, and in-home settings. I have assisted neurodivergent children from age 3- 22 to develop and strengthen confidence, emotional recognition and regulation, functional communication, and other necessary life skills using natural environment teaching.
Through both personal and professional experiences, I have developed deep empathy for the challenges parents and families can face. I am grateful for the people and support systems that have gotten me here today. I have made it my mission to share my knowledge and experience to help others to achieve their goals and live their lives

gain knowledge, resources and support.

We fill so many important roles in our children's lives (while sometimes neglecting our own), it is natural to feel overwhelmed and even inadequate at times.
We are entrusted with the care of an entire human!
